MASSAGE SERVICES

Chair Massage

This is the only massage that is offered in 15 minute increments. This quick massage is done fully clothed and can target one specific area.

Light Massage

Swedish:  Gentle and relaxing that enhances circulation.

Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage:

Gently relieves pain and edema. This is for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters only with a doctor approval.

Sports Massage

Stretches the muscles and reduces post training soreness, fatigue and helps with preventing injuries.

Reflexology

Performed on both the hands and feet using a variety of pressures.  Each reflex point corresponds with different areas of your body.

Hot Stone

Heated stones of various sizes and temperatures are used to reduce stress and will promote healing.  This massage requires a one hour minimum

Deep Tissue

Trigger points are used to relax the large muscle groups.  Deep massage is used to break down waste from the muscle fibers, stretch fascia and enhance circulation.
